Q - How can I order a Guitar if you are out of stock and how long will it take to arrive?

A - Just ask us....Normally takes 12 weeks to arrive and then a week to 10 days for delivery

A - Depending on Postage type really....Normal postage takes anything from 4 days onwards!!!

Next day is.......well next day in theory...we normally allow up to 5 working days as an average.

Best thing to do is contact us if you require an item urgent. we will do our best to help.

Please note: This statement is as a direct result of buyers trying to gain financial benefits from a company who are just trying to help Left Handed Guitarists get what they want at a reasonable price. we make little profit, therefore can not throw money away to claims that can not be backed up. We apologise if this offends anyone, but we are sure any genuine purchaser will understand our position and reasoning behind this statement.

Shipping – Any off shore shipping has to be sent by Parcel Force International.
It is the responsibility of the buyer to pursue any claims for off shore shipping with Parcel Force Int. Proof of Posting is ALWAYS obtained.

Packaging – All items will be packaged to avoid any damage during shipping. Please keep in mind that all Guitars are packaged in cardboard boxes with, in addition to, bubble wrap and reinforcement where applicable.
Please be aware that, as items are being transported around the country in this manner, some may inadvertently obtain slight scuffs and marks from the packaging.
All items are checked prior to dispatch. RPG can not be held responsible for damage occurring as a result of mishandling or incorrect unpacking of items.
Note: International shipping is subject to random customs searches. Therefore, RPG can not be held responsible in the event of damage or delays occurring as a result of this action.
